Banking that travels with you

The mobile app carries the full member experience onto a phone, adding camera deposits, biometric entry and push notifications to the familiar account view.

What the app covers

The app opens on the same accounts shown in the web portal, with balances refreshed on demand and pending activity separated from cleared transactions. Transfers, bill payments and person-to-person transfers are a short tap sequence away, and card management sits alongside them, so a lost card can be locked in the same session as a payment.

For members stationed overseas or underway for extended periods, the app keeps accounts reachable over any available connection. Balances, recent activity and alerts remain visible even when a full browser session is impractical, which is one reason the app is widely used across the military community described on the military support page.

Biometric sign-in

Fingerprint or face recognition unlocks the app on a registered device, while the underlying session still depends on the member's credentials and enrolled two-factor methods.

Real-time alerts

Low balance warnings, large withdrawals, card purchases and sign-in events can each trigger a push notification, text or email, giving members early notice of account activity.

Mobile deposits

Eligible checks are captured with the camera, endorsed within the app and routed to the chosen account, with submissions before the daily cutoff generally credited the same business day.

How the app stays trusted

The application is distributed through official app stores and declines to run on devices that report modified operating systems. Sessions end automatically after inactivity, account numbers are never stored in readable form on the device, and every connection is encrypted. The security guide explains how two-factor enrollment ties the app to a member's profile and what to do if a phone is lost.
